a quilt of his own

on sunday i finished mark's quilt.
he really wanted a quilt of his very own.

his favourite colour is blue and i used flannel fabrics for cosy winter nights in canberra.

he loves it, i don't think he can believe i have finally finished after 2 and 1/2 years of working on it - on and off and more off than on!

i made a king size quilt as mark is very tall and i needed to ensure that there was plenty for him to wrap himself up in.

much to mark's dismay, the boys have also taken a liking to his quilt and are quick to snuggle in whenever an opporunity arises.

i have also posted a picture of the label i have attached to the back - not very clear but i think its readable.

this weekend I finished watching season 3 of Beverley Hills 90210 on DVD. Amazing how tv shows we loved growing up bring back so many memories of times gone past. Good, sad, happy and bad.
I remember having a huge crush on Dylan and thinking Shannon Doherty was just the best. Now that I am a mature 35 year old, Brandon is looking pretty hot...
Did anyone else ever watch 90210??
